After 15 years of a successful fashion business I was ready for a change, but wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. After coaching sessions with Rommel, I had clarity. I was able to cast away my doubts and take action.

Rommel was instrumental in coaching us to relaunch our virtual assistant company. He helped us realize that we have been skipping so many steps along the way. We went back to working on the fundamentals and aligned on what mattered.

I wanted to progress in my career and focus more on my self-growth ... A couple of months after, without even having to work very hard for doing it, everything just fell into place ... I took the right action and I ended up getting into a job that I had really wanted, into a position that I really wanted.

Rommel was an amazing coach for our organization. His knowledge and understanding were far beyond my expectations and he was able to break strategies down and teach them where it was very easy to understand.

I really did love all the training we did in the prac ... I couldn't tell quite how much was retained at the time, but I definitely feel like I've noticed the behavioral changes that were installed unconsciously in the training. And when I notice them, I recognize I get my greatest insights from them. I've begun notice where I could make it better, and with what I've learned I always take steps to make it better.

NLP allows me to stay engaged in a conversation and read the person I’m speaking to. I can switch up my responses or stay in control of the conversation by reading cues and body language.

I came into it looking to forward my career and resolve ... One of the things that used to happen was I would tell myself that I didn’t have the resources or the energy, and then I would get stuck. Since working with Rommel, that feeling has pretty much completely gone away. I started a career in a completely new field ... and I’ve very quickly become someone my organization relies on heavily.
