Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist
Specialty
My practice is evidence-based, with a focus on helping midlife women to mitigate and manage their perimenopausal/menopausal symptoms, helping them find specialized healthcare professionals when appropriate, and to continue to thrive post menopause.
You will learn about nutrition, de-stressing protocols, breathing techniques, strength maintenance and building movements, environmental audit, ways to improve sleep quality, and much more to alleviate and even rid your menopausal symptoms, and how to move forward and adapt beyond program.
Being a long time back pain sufferer with structural scoliosis and starting to experience perimenopause symptoms in the early 40's, I share the frustration of how many of the women's health issues are easily dismissed, rarely spoken about, or blanketly treated by the current healthcare system.
70% of the women will experience one or more symptoms of menopause.
I have not had any back pain and perimenopause symptoms, for more than 4 years. If I can do this, you can too!
In less than 2 sessions, my 50-year-mature client's hot flushes and night sweats went away within a few days.
Following my strength-focused program for 13 weeks, my 70-year-mature client not only recovered from her femur fracture surgery well, but also her hip issues went away. She went from doing home workouts to gym workouts and enjoyed it. She went away on a 7-week solo trip to Europe and was on train, bus, plane, and automobile with ease and confidence.
Following my 12-week holistic nutrition program, without the addition of strength training, my 48-year-mature client lost weight and body fat percentage by 2%, even over the summer months when she was travelling, eating out, and spending time with family and friends with ease.
Following my 12-week holistic nutrition program, while my client continued with her own workouts, my 24-year-performer client went down 4% (4.2 Kg) in body fat percentage and 3.5 Kg in weight. She learned to adapt her eating and mindset with her erratic performance and rehearsal schedule with ease.
My 40-year-mature client learned to let go of her perfectionist mindset, learned to reframe her experiences, and felt that she could take on any new challenges now, in 3 sessions with me.
In 7 sessions with me, my 62-year-mature client, who was already savvy in nutrition and was a plant-based coach, learned to overcome her resistance to strength training, to add variety to her exercise regiment, lost some inches in her body circumference measurement, and even found an exciting new direction for her coaching practice.
My 52-year-mature client, who was a positive intelligence coach and helping many of her clients to achieve results, felt un-motivated to help herself and was gaining weight and having menopausal symptoms. In 7 sessions, she lost more than 3 kilos (6.6 pounds) which was not the goal but the byproduct of our sessions together. She felt a renewed sense of purpose and was more motivated than ever to continue to help those who resonated with her message, while not neglecting her own needs. Her menopausal symptoms were also eased. She knew what to do to continue to adapt and listen to her body's signals and needs.
My 80-year-mature client got rid of a cough that lasted for more than 6 months in less than a week with me, despite frequent visits to the doctors and specialists prior. He also learned to broaden his food choices and incorporated more physical movements to his day in 8 sessions with me, purely on the phone.

Girls Gone Strong
I am deeply grateful that Nancy came into my life just when I needed her. For a long time, I had been working on my mindset, focusing on growth and self-awareness in my mind, yet somehow, I neglected my body. I knew what I needed to do for my health, but turning that knowledge into action felt impossible. Nancy helped me reframe everything I thought I had to do. She encouraged me to start with tiny, nearly effortless steps that didn’t trigger resistance. Each week, these small shifts added up, building momentum, and now I’m finally looking at my health journey with excitement and joy. Nancy is generous, loving, and joyful coach. She takes her work seriously, bringing true warmth and kindness to every session, making each meeting a gift to look forward to. Thank you, Nancy, for everything. I feel blessed to have had your support in this journey. Forever grateful. p.s. I have continued to lose weight, slowly but surely, after my time with Nancy and reduced many of my menopausal symptoms.
During my time with Nancy, she helped me reflect on my behaviour, my lifestyle choices, and to relate differently to the choices I was making every day. I came to the program with very high blood pressure and very high anxiety. She helped me realize the relationship between stress and food choices, understand more of my relationship with myself, why I was making these decisions, and the importance of movement and digestion. She was a wonderful coach. I’ve gained a lot of inner success and sustained better habits. Since the program ended, I’ve stayed consistent with my choices and incorporated really healthy choices into my life. I feel really good. It’s all about how you feel right? You have to give in order for Nancy to come back to you as well. She is an incredible listener. I'm grateful to have had her as my coach.
With Nancy’s guidance and encouragement, I went beyond my old pattern of 6-week limitations. That was when I would usually give up and not continue. She helped me realize how I sabotaged myself in this area, with unrealistic goals & expectations. Because of my busy schedule with 3 kids, family, work, and catching COVID, I was not able to complete some the exercise routines included in the Program. However, I went right back on track with my 2 times a week 10X Alpha routine, even after the minor setbacks, during our time together. Nancy helped me to find ways to incorporate more movements into my day. I have less pain, can walk better, can almost run up the stairs and keep up with my kids now.
I am a breast cancer survivor. Nancy & I met weekly online to go over the workouts and eating plan. She encouraged me to do 2-3 mini-walks a day when I have time, rather than a super long walk just once during the day. She sent me articles and information on different topics such as sleep and sugar so I could understand their effects better. She brought a holistic perspective to our sessions and focused not just on diet and exercise. Nancy was easy to talk to and checked in with me throughout the week. I have gotten stronger and able to lift heavier and heavier since finishing the program. I have also maintained my 10X Alpha routine 2 times a week, even in my busy summer schedule. I am sure I will continue to get stronger as the time goes on. I have started losing some weight as well, although slowly. I gained some back from my summer travels and vacations, but I know what to do now to get back on track. I even did 10X during my vacation. Nancy has extensive knowledge in both the home and gym version of the 10X fitness protocol and she helped me to adapt it to travels and different gym and home settings. Nancy is a wonderful, caring, and encouraging coach who is dedicated to her work and her clients. I believe that she is invaluable to anyone who is looking to transform their health.
While fat loss was my goal when first signing up with Nancy, she was able to curate a program that looked at health as a whole and provided me with tools that benefitted many different aspects of my health holistically. Due to my job, my day to day life is both extremely busy and often times quite high stress. To be honest I was very nervous before embarking on this health journey with Nancy as I was afraid to interrupt my routine and flow. However, if this is also a concern of yours, then I cannot recommend Nancy enough as she was an extremely attentive listener to how my body was responding to the program to ensure that it was both manageable and sustainable to fit into my lifestyle. Growing up an athlete and now being a professional dancer, health and fitness have always been extremely important to me but the knowledge gap I was missing was using general information on nutrition and dieting and being able to apply it to my own body. I have always yo-yo diet’d and never have been able to properly understand how to lose weight sustainably. That is the biggest piece of gold I am leaving from my time with Nancy. I learned a mountain of knowledge on my own body and where my body likes to store fat, where it loses it the fastest, the amount of calories it needs to lose weight, and which tools it responded to best. During my time with Nancy, I was undergoing a massive transitional phase in my life and was navigating many highly emotional and stressful situations. While I went into this program seeking fat loss, what was an unexpected hidden gem was the other aspects of health that improved positively and helped support me through my rougher times. Nancy gave me tools that helped improve my sleep, become more attentive to my inner stillness, and reflect on where I was at in my journey of both my career and life stage. I highly recommend Nancy as a health coach to anyone who is seeking to improve any aspect of their health. She was nothing short of a kind, supportive, and incredibly genuine coach who cared deeply about helping her clients. I could not have achieved the results and sustained what I have learned without her.
Nancy is a very supportive coach that has helped me reframe how I new meal planning and what I eat in order to have a more well-rounded, colorful diet. She helped me with better understanding what foods to eat and why especially the impacts certain foods have on my body as I age. I am now in a better position to be prepared for the unknown and busy family life to make better nutrition decisions for myself and my family.
Before working with Nancy, I would go for my walks and I would only be able to last for about 20 minutes. Now I go for my morning walk first thing in the morning and then I do another longer afternoon walk for 45 minutes to an hour and have no problem at all. I feel so much stronger since the program ended. I walk upright with a bounce in my steps now and have lots of energy. I also went from the home workouts to joining YMCA to continue my workouts, because it is so simple. I’m in and out of the gym in 15 minutes. I thought I was eating the right things and was conscious of my food choices. But Nancy helped me realize what I was consuming too much of and what I was not eating enough. I had hip issues and broke my femur in the spring of 2022 during a walk, when I first signed on to work with Nancy. I got the most messages from Nancy during the time I was in the hospital and afterwards during recovery. She really cared! I was so happy when we were finally able to resume the program together. It’s hard to change habits but she helped me to make these changes and stick to them. When I travelled to Europe before to visit family, I would not be able to go very far and would feel tired quickly. Now I feel like I can visit them with a backpack on my shoulders and walk for hours. My quality of life has changed and I feel like I can do a lot more things. I’m actually looking forward to the rest of my life now.
Nancy is more than just a coach with impressive certifications in nutrition, health, and fitness. She really knows how to help and challenge us. In every class, she didn't just teach; she showed us coaching in action. She encouraged us to speak up and practice coaching ourselves, and she gave us real-time feedback that was incredibly helpful. What I really appreciate about Nancy is how she summarizes each session on our communication channel. It's something I haven't seen other coaches do, and it helped me a lot in keeping track of what we learned. Her deep understanding of wellbeing, exercise, nutrition, and human hormones, especially for women, is amazing. Nancy isn't just about theory. She takes on challenges with us, like the time we all did an elimination diet for three weeks. She did it too and shared her experiences and learnings with us, which was really motivating. I had many discussions with Nancy on various topics, and she was always open and generous with her knowledge. It's clear she’s passionate about helping people become healthier and fitter versions of themselves. Her approach isn't just about treating symptoms; it's about creating a healthy balance in our body and mind, which I found to be a game changer. For anyone looking to improve their health, especially women dealing with perimenopause or chronic back pain, Nancy is the coach you need. Her holistic and longevity-centered approach really works. I'm so grateful to have had her as my coach, and I know her guidance will continue to impact my life for a long time.
