    Alisa Seeda is a life coach and Occupational Therapist (OTD) specializing in empowering women in their 30s and 40s, especially military spouses, to navigate life's transitions with mindfulness and grace. Based in Okinawa, Japan, Alisa offers virtual coaching, bringing her expertise directly to you, wherever you are. As a certified Martha Beck Wayfinder and ICF (ACC) coach with a background from USC and meditation teaching, she combines mindfulness, meditation and OT principles to help conquer burnout and embrace inner peace.
