With a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences and extensive experience as a diversity officer, program officer, and consultant, I bring a unique blend of scientific rigor and inclusive leadership expertise to my coaching practice. My approach is grounded in social science research and evidence-based methods, ensuring practical and sustainable results. I provide personalized coaching to empower early-career scientists and professionals from underrepresented groups, helping them navigate challenges, develop inclusive practices, and create equitable environments for success.
