I coached my client through a reinvention of his business, a kill-my-darling. Instead of adding more people to his consultancy business, he killed-his former standard business and focussed on the few 100X clients. As a consequence he downsized his team to a small group of experts. Now he is serving a handful of 100X clients in a very profitable setup. He values his freedom, especially time, money, relationship and purpose!

I guided several of my clients to create win-win exit agreements with the former employers and after a sabbatical period (often taking to time to walking long distance hikes or pilgrimages) to create a new fulfilling second career opportunities in their zone-of-genius afterwards.
