How it works
What to expect from Dream Coach Match — from your first visit to your first session.
The journey
However you arrive, the path to your coach looks the same.
Tell us what you're navigating
Answer a few questions in the Coach Finder — burnout, a career crossroads, leadership pressure. It takes under two minutes.
Meet your matches
Our AI suggests verified coaches who fit what you're actually working through — not just a keyword search.
Check the fit
Many coaches offer a free introductory call. Fit matters more than credentials — you should leave knowing whether this is your coach.
Start the work
The first session is about direction, not performance: where you are, what you want to change, and how you'll work together.
Three ways in
Get matched, browse on your own, or begin with a self-assessment — every path leads to the same verified coaches.
Get matched
Answer a few questions and the Coach Finder suggests coaches for what you're navigating — in under two minutes.
Browse on your own
Explore every verified coach by specialty, city, or certification, and shortlist the ones who resonate.
Start with yourself
Take the free Wheel of Life self-assessment — no signup — and see which areas of your life are asking for attention first.
Verified, not just listed
Every coach on Dream Coach Match is verified against recognized credentialing standards — ICF or EMCC certification, or training from an ICF-accredited program. You can see each coach's certifications, training programs, and organizations right on their profile.
