    My approach blends academic rigor (M.A./Doctorate in Intercultural Studies) with practical coaching techniques (ACC/ICF certification and Cultural Intelligence Center facilitator). I've spent 25+ years leading multicultural teams and designing participatory learning experiences, giving me valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities you face. I operate primarily in English and possess working knowledge of languages from 15+ passport countries.
