Monica Callon (Oncorp) is a seasoned Senior Practitioner, certified by EMCC and ICF (PCC), with over 25 years of experience in shaping leaders' relations across four continents. Her coaching approach uniquely combines executive and team capacity building with authentic impact strategies. Monica's expertise extends to strategic communication consulting, implementation of the Leadership System™, Leadership Circle Profile™ 360º assessment, and participatory leadership methodologies, such as world café.
