There's no shortage of gifted coaches, and no shortage of people who need them. What's been missing is the infrastructure that connects the two — and helps coaches turn a calling into a business. That's what we're building.

Twenty years in marketing, an MBA, a career built on understanding how companies grow. Several years ago, I became a coach. And from the inside, I saw the problem clearly — one my business background made impossible to ignore. The coaching world is full of brilliant practitioners who will never build a sustainable practice, because the skills that make someone a great coach have almost nothing to do with the skills that build a business. Built on recognized standards
Dream Coach Match is an official Business Partner of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), and works alongside the coaching profession's most credible institutions — including the EMCC and the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.
Every coach on the platform is verified against recognized credentialing standards — ICF or EMCC certification, or training from an ICF-accredited program. We don't train coaches and we don't certify them. We do something the profession has lacked: we list them, vet them, and match them to the people they're meant to serve — then give them the tools to grow.
Our content carries the same standard. Editorial guidance in the Coaching Intelligence Hub is grounded in the MP framework by Margaret Moore, co-founder of the Institute of Coaching.
