With over 36 years of experience in the non-profit sector, including leadership roles at YMCA of the North, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for fostering inclusive environments. As an ICF-certified coach, Strengths Champion, and Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory, Scott offers a unique, equity-integrated approach to coaching that drives personal growth and team success.
