About Alexis

By every external measure, your life is good. You're the capable one. The problem was never effort. You've been solving for the wrong problem, running systems you inherited that were never built for you, and holding it all together with the one resource you have in surplus: capability. I'm a strategic personal coach who works like a trained auditor. My job is to help you stop.

02 · Challenges

What I help clients work through

Your calendar is full, but not with things you care about. You rest, and it doesn't restore you, because the problem was never overwork. Almost nothing in your week is feeding you. You open your inbox and your body braces. Underneath it is the question you won't let yourself ask: when does it get to be my turn? This is supposed to be the good part. Why doesn't it feel good?

03 · Outcomes

What clients walk away with

You open your calendar and see things you actually want to do. You say no without rehearsing it for three days. You make decisions in one sitting and trust them. Rest restores you again. You stop compensating for everyone else's gaps and right-size what's actually yours to carry. You run your own life on purpose, as your own authority. Not fixed. Equipped, for good.

04 · Approach

I built the thing I needed

I was the frog in the pot. If you turn up the heat slowly, the frog keeps adjusting to match the water until it's spent all its energy adjusting, and there's none left to jump. That was me. Exhausted in a slow, I've-been-managing-this-for-years way. When I finally hired my own coach, it landed: the problem was never that I wasn't trying hard enough. I'd been solving the wrong thing. I built this practice to be what I needed back then. An auditor's skepticism, a coach's heart.

05 · The coaching

See the full picture. Build the toolkit. Decide for yourself, for good.

Introducing

Three months of 1:1 coaching that starts with diagnosis, not direction. We find where the heat is actually coming from, name what was never yours to carry, and build a toolkit inside every session. No fixed curriculum. Finite on purpose, because the goal is for you to need yourself.

  • Diagnosis before direction
  • A toolkit built with you, not handed to you
  • The two-lens method
  • Finite by design
