I've seen both sides of this.
I come from business — twenty years in marketing, an MBA, a career built on understanding how companies grow. Then I became a coach. And from the inside, I saw two truths that don't usually sit in the same room.
The first: there's a kind of transformation that's almost impossible to reach alone. The right coach can take someone from stuck to moving, from lost to clear, in a way that books and willpower rarely do. I've watched it happen. I've lived it.
The second: most of the people capable of creating that transformation will never get to do it at scale — because being a gifted coach and running a sustainable coaching business are two completely different things. Extraordinary coaches give up, not for lack of talent, but for lack of clients, systems, and support.
