EASC is a European professional association for supervision and coaching, tracing its origins to a group of supervisors who founded it in Hanover in 1994. With ~970 members across 15 countries and 20 certified training institutes, it maintains distinct professional profiles for coaches and supervisors.

EASC distinguishes supervision from coaching as separate professional disciplines — each with its own competency profile, training pathway, and quality standards — recognising that the roles serve fundamentally different functions in professional practice.
The European Association for Supervision and Coaching (EASC) is a pan-European professional membership association, founded in 1994 in Hanover as the European Association for Supervision (EAS) and renamed EASC in 2010 to reflect the addition of coaching to its professional scope. As of 2024, the EASC has approximately 970 individual members and 20 certified training institutes, with representation from thirteen European countries plus Australia and Canada.
