I founded the Leading to Rise community to address a gap I discovered throughout my career as a leader. I completed several leadership development trainings, but they didn't address the change in mindset needed to reach my full leadership potential and drive the impact I envisioned. Like you, I needed a partner who knew how to guide me on my unique journey of the inner-work that was necessary to overcome fears, self-doubt, critical thoughts, and other issues that can hold us back.
