    Here are 10 Ways You can start today:

    1. Be Kind to Yourself ↳ Learn to forgive yourself for mistakes ↳ Treat yourself like you would a friend

    2. Explore Silence: ↳ Spend 10 minutes each day without noise or distractions ↳ It helps clear your mind

    3. Declutter Your Mind ↳ Write down your thoughts every day to organize and release mental clutter

    4. Eat Without Distractions ↳ Focus on the taste and texture of your food, it builds mindfulness

    5. Do Something Silly ↳ Play a random game or dance alone ↳ It releases tension and boosts happiness

    6. Rest When You're Tired ↳ Don't wait for exhaustion, take breaks before you burn out
