03 · Approach

I was born ready to help people

Even a child I was interested in psychology, medicine and helping people. I would massage my dad's neck on long car trips and even people decades older than me would ask me for advice and tell me there inner most issues. My mom died when I was 18 and watching my dad be such an incredible caregiver was an inspiration. My goal now is to help as many people as possible (through my coaching, speaking and writing), to be healthy, awaken and embrace our true inner nature.
