I began my career in IT as a support engineer, initially uninterested in management. After two team leads encouraged me to take on leadership, I hesitated but eventually applied. Though I didn't get the first position, I was offered a similar role at another location a few months later. Four years on, I became group leader — even managing the person who was briefly my boss. The journey had its challenges, but it taught me a lot and helped me grow.
