Certified Advanced Generative Coach Level 3

The Certified Advanced Generative Coach Level 3 is inviteCHANGE's ICF Level 3 accredited program supporting the Master Certified Coach (MCC) pathway. Essential Discernment shifts from skillful observation toward a trained capacity for systemic perception. Effective Resilience at mastery level means sustaining full presence even in the most complex or emotionally charged client situations. The program is structured around developing that quality of embodiment rather than adding new competencies.

The program includes six individual mentor coaching sessions with an MCC-level faculty member. These are substantive developmental engagements designed to surface and work with each participant's specific edges as a developing coach, rather than group debriefs. The program also includes nine practice coaching sessions with feedback and 12 hours of asynchronous learning. Given the nature of MCC-pathway development, individualized mentor coaching at MCC level is a meaningful differentiator for this program.
