Like so many before me, I thought what got me into a management role was what would make me a successful manager and ultimately leader. As we now know, the paradigm has shifted and now more than ever we have to realize that greatness (for our organizations, for ourselves, for the world) is in the agency of others. When I started leading as a coach, I saw my people and my organization transform. That's when I knew coaching was the only way I could fulfill my passion: Helping Others Succeed.
