Consulting gives you a strategy or plan. Coaching gives you the capacity to generate your own strategy and the self-awareness to execute it. Consultants tell; coaches question and unlock what's already in you. For founders, this distinction matters because your judgment is your most valuable asset—coaching develops it rather than replacing it with someone else's expertise.
