US-based virtual coach training school founded in 1998 by ICF founding member Patrick Williams — accredited by ICF at both Level 1 and Level 2, with specialty tracks across eight applied coaching domains.

Coaching is not therapy repackaged — it is a distinct discipline rooted in the belief that clients are whole, capable individuals who already hold the answers. Training that begins from that premise produces coaches who listen differently from the first session.

ILCT is a US-based virtual coach training school founded in 1998 by Dr. Patrick Williams, a founding member of the International Coach Federation. It trains coaches primarily from the helping professions — therapists, psychologists, counselors, and social workers — though its programs are open to anyone pursuing a professional coaching credential. The school operates entirely through teleconference and video conference, with some self-directed online electives.
