I'm an ICF PCC-certified executive coach specializing in IT Directors leading teams of 5-20+ people. Former VP of Finance with 25+ years of international leadership experience, I built the Navigator system after working 16-hour days leading a 16-person team. I know what it is like to be the bottleneck. Now I help IT Directors build autonomous teams without sacrificing career or family.

In 2007, I was a Finance Manager working 16-hour days with a 16-person team. Exhaustion led to a $200K error. My kids asked, “Where is Mom?” They had stopped counting on me. I asked myself, “Why am I working 16 hours with 16 people?” That question changed everything. I built the Navigator system to change how I led. Over 15 years, I refined it internationally and became VP Finance. In 2023, I left corporate, became ICF-certified, and now coach IT Directors through that same transformation.
