What credential do I earn?

Completing all three modules earns Certified Wellcoach® status and NBHWC exam eligibility. Wellcoaches reports a 94% NBHWC exam pass rate. To pursue ICF ACC/PCC, continue into the Advanced Coach Training & Certification program.

How long does the program take?

Most students complete the three modules in 6–18 months. Module 1 runs over a 9-week cohort with 18 live two-hour lessons. Modules 2 and 3 offer more self-paced flexibility within overall completion limits.

Can I start with Module 1 alone?

Yes. Module 1 can be taken on its own for those exploring the field. Modules 2 and 3 build on Module 1 and are required to earn Certified Wellcoach® status.

The Advanced Coach Training & Certification is the natural next step. It is a 100-hour hybrid program (virtual + two residential intensives) that teaches the Onward framework and leads to ICF ACC/PCC eligibility.
