The Integral Coaching® Certification Program (ICCP) is the flagship program of Integral Coaching Canada (ICC), the only institution authorized to deliver ICF-accredited Integral Coaching® training. Developed by Joanne Hunt and Laura Divine, both ICF Master Certified Coaches (MCCs) and recognized by Integral Institute, the ICCP provides 202 total ICF-accredited training hours across three progressive modules, surpassing the MCC-level training requirements of the International Coaching Federation.
Two pillars distinguish the ICCP from every other coaching program in the market: Ken Wilber's AQAL (All Quadrants, All Levels) framework as the developmental map, and embodied change as the pedagogical commitment. Program structure: three modules
ICCP-1: Associate Certification Module (5 months, 60 ICF hours)
The foundational entry point. Participants learn the Integral Coaching® method from the ground up: the AQAL developmental map, two core Integral lenses for understanding the client's current way of being, and the methodology for designing and delivering coaching engagements that create real developmental shift.
The five-month structure combines group video calls with the Module Instructor and one-on-one calls with an ICC Integral Master Coach™, who assesses and advances each participant's work in real time. The "just-in-time" instruction model means faculty support arrives at the moment it is needed, so participants never have to figure things out alone.
On successful completion: earns the ICC Integral Associate Coach™ credential. Provides 60 ICF accredited hours, meeting the ACC training hours requirement. Also completes 5.75 of the 10 required ICF mentor coaching hours. ICCP-1 is also available as a standalone certification.
ICCP-2: Professional Certification Module (65 additional ICF hours, 125 total)
Prerequisite: ICCP-1. Begins with a 5-day group intensive for certified Integral Associate Coaches™. The second module deepens coaching fluency, consistency, and power, moving from methodological understanding to embodied mastery of the Integral Coaching® approach.
On successful completion: earns the ICC Integral Professional Coach™ credential. Provides 65 additional ICF hours for a total of 125, meeting the PCC training hours requirement.
ICCP-3: Master Certification Module (77 additional ICF hours, 202 total)
Prerequisite: ICCP-2. The most advanced level of Integral Coaching® training, surpassing MCC-level ICF training hour requirements with 202 total accredited hours across the full program.
