The program has five modules, each spanning four half-days. They can be taken progressively at your own pace. The Foundation (Module 1) is available as a standalone. Silver requires Modules 1–3/4. Gold requires all five modules. Each prior module is a prerequisite for the next.

Each module can be attended online or in-person. The program is delivered in more than 20 languages. Organizational clients can license in-house delivery through a Train-the-Trainer model.
