Yes. Each module stands alone with immediate value. The one-day Foundations is available as a standalone (8 ICF hours). Completing Foundations plus Ignite the Practice earns the Co-Active Coach Practitioner (CAP) designation and ACC-eligible hours. You don't have to commit to the full CPCC at the start.

Many coaches hold both. A CPCC holder has completed roughly 200 training hours across a modular curriculum, been observed and evaluated in live coaching, and met CTI's internal mastery standard. That's a more demanding bar than simply logging hours, which is worth knowing when comparing candidates.

Co-Active coaches tend to excel in personal transformation, leadership development, and career transitions, where presence and agenda-following produce clearer results than structured protocol. Fourth: what does a first session look like with you? The Co-Active approach should be visible from the first conversation.
