The AI that builds your coaching business
Hands-on human help to grow
CTI's ICF Level 2 pathway to CPCC — the Co-Active model taught through immersive live practice, expert faculty, and a 20-week certification journey.

We believe people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. The coach's role is not to fix or advise but to evoke the thinking, clarity, and agency that is already there.
Completing the full pathway earns you the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), CTI's proprietary credential awarded after a formal performance assessment. The CPCC pathway is ICF Level 2 accredited, so you're also eligible to apply for ICF ACC or PCC credentials once you've accumulated the required client coaching hours.
